easy check in, nice staff, right location next to the convention center.
Areas for improvement:
the design was dated, at least, for us. not very warm.

I like the comfortable bed and big bathroom. I like the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
Areas for improvement:
No free breakfast. No free travel size soaps or shampoo/ conditioner. Not many tv stations on the tv.
